MCSA is a Microsoft Certification which validates your ability to troubleshoot and manage the networks based on the Windows Server. This certification is entirely different from the one that you plan to pursue. Graphic designing is entirely different from the MCSA certification. Graphic designing is a creative activity, which involves a designer and a client, to process a piece information in such a away that it reaches to the targeted audience. Graphic designing is also referred as Visual Communication or Communication Design.
Opting for a Graphic designing course shall depend on your interest but before opting it as a career, do keep in mind that the existence of graphic designing has nothing to do with the MCSA as both are entirely different.

Hi Parth,
As you are interested in Acting, I would like to say that acting is a very challenging profession and requires a lot of talent and hard work. Few qualities that a good actor should posses are, A photogenic Face, good looks, good height, attractive voice, an appealing attitude etc.
Also I would advice you to get a portfolio done and submit it in various Fashion houses, AD agencies and Modeling agencies, as AD and Modeling usually provides the platform for Acting in movies.
