Well after completing your bachelors, you cannot opt for Medical/ environment as this would be entirely a different stream, but then there are many instituets in India offering MBA in the related fields like MBA in NGO management, Masters in Hospital Management etc but getting these courses through Correspondence is least of any possibility and also the quality of education suffers when compared to the regular mode of study.

With 65 percentile, it would be difficult to get through B-Schools like, FMS, BIT Mesra; however, you can try for MNNIT & ISM. Few of the other schools for which you can try are: NDIM, EMPI, Asia Pacific, Amrita, Suryadatta, Skyline, IILM (GR NOIDA), IBA, ISBM, etc.

I cannot suggest you universities on the basis of your UG percentage only. I require more details from your end regarding your test scores as well i.e GRE and IELTS score. To pursue masters in Canada, you are required to take the GRE and IELTS. It is very much mandatory. Let me know your scores in the tests or expected scores if you are still to take them so that i can suggest you universities accordingly.
