The MS course you are referring to are the ones launched by BITS Pilani in collaboration to various organizations. As for the Tech Mahindra collaboration is concerned, the company offers two courses and these are MS in Software/ Telecommunication.
As you hail from the computer application background, assuming you would be keen to pursue M.S. in Software. The eligibility for this course is as follows:
Employed professionals holding an Integrated First Degree of BITS or equivalent such as B.E. / M.Sc. with minimum one year relevant experience in Engineering Industries (for MM) and IT Industries (for SS).
The admissions to this course would be on the basis of candidates educational background, academic achievements, work profile, relevant work experience, profile of the employing organization and Mentors profile but then as per your degree and the given information, it does not seem possible for you to pursue this course.

Well you can definitely apply for a vacancy/ opportunity in NASA and other space centers on the basis of qualifying the required eligibility criteria. But as per the information gathered about PEC, the college offers Aeronautical engineering at the bachelor level only where as most of the research centers prefer candidates with a minimum of Masters in the specialized field. However, you can start studying with the Bachelors in Aeronautics from PEC and along side look for the vacancies suiting your profile and can apply to the same.
Also to know about the PEC, well it is a reputed and a recognized name and holds a Deemed University status and one can surely seek to pursue the desired course from this institute.
After completing your Bachelors, you can also look in to pursue Masters in a specialized field related to Aeronautics/ Aerospace.
