Well you can definitely apply for a vacancy/ opportunity in NASA and other space centers on the basis of qualifying the required eligibility criteria. But as per the information gathered about PEC, the college offers Aeronautical engineering at the bachelor level only where as most of the research centers prefer candidates with a minimum of Masters in the specialized field. However, you can start studying with the Bachelors in Aeronautics from PEC and along side look for the vacancies suiting your profile and can apply to the same.
