Hi,
Yes, definitely you will be eligible because Physics Chemistry and Maths are required for engineering courses. But make sure you know what you are doing. Biology+Maths can get a little difficult to handle together.

Hi Samprit,
Although it would difficult to name Institutes giving Certificate programme in PR & HR but few of the Government Universities you can try for such certificate programmes are: Jadavpur University, Netaji Subhas Open University, Presidency University, Kolkata, Rabindra Bharati University, and University of Calcutta etc. try with IGNOU as well if they have a branch in Kolkata
