The main difference between PGDM and MBA is that PGDM is a postgraduate diploma in Management which is given by stand alone / Autonomous Institutes which come under the jurisdiction of AICTE like IIMs, XLRI, and SP Jain etc. And MBA is a degree program provided only by Universities and come under the jurisdiction of UGC like JBIMS and FMS, PUMBA etc.

You can transfer in your second year to a univ that offers Architecture. Usually these programs are competitive. Hence they will require the SAT and a "portfolio" of your work. For example, the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee has a great program in architecture.

You will very much be required to take the SAT. TOEFL, i cannot really say so as the universities would give you a waiver on the basis of your immigrant visa.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

You can do the diploma from the Institute whose fee is less and providing the training . But students from life science like Biotechnology, microbiology, biochemistry or B.Pharma, they can do the one year diploma or master in clinical research.
