Hi,
US is a better destination for you to pursue Masters in Petroleum Engineering. There are not many universities in Canada that have a good reputation or offer a Masters in Petroleum Engineering degree. Some of the good universities in USA for petroleum engineering are University of Southern California, Texas A & M University, Stanford University, University of Texas at Austin and many more. Let me know if you want university suggestions for Canada as well.
