PGDM is a post graduate Diploma course conducted and awarded by institute with the approval of AICTE. While, MBA is a degree course provided by the university recognized by UGC and government. In fact, the orientation of both course quite different.
MBA has an academic orientation and you may go for Ph.D with MBA. PGDM has an industry orientation and you are not eligible for Ph.D with PGDM. But, you have an excellent opportunity in industry with PGDM. Therefore, if you have an academic test, than you can go for MBA. Otherwise, PGDM is also a good option in industry.

The requirement of minimum marks in 12th is the requirement of the state board. To this extent, you should be clear. 50% seats are through JEE Mains & other 50% through CET by Gujarat.
