Both have its unique perks. MCK is one of those rare colleges in calcutta where student political involvement is minimal. You won't find any political party interfering with college procedures. It's a 180 year old college with a huge alumni network. Also, you will get state quota of 50% reservation ( unlike AIIMS. ). AIIMS Patna may be a new college but it's AIIMS. It will be great to apply for foreign colleges. Also centrally aided institutes are very well funded, having top notch infrastructure and recognised abroad. You won't get such infrastructure in MCK. You need not worry about cases since you won't understand much the first two

According to me, Between AIIMS Patna and AIIMS Raipur, AIIMS Patna now. Regarding facilities AIIMS Patna is good. You will get a single room here. The professors are so good as well as friendly. Also the important thing is that patient load is more in AIIMS Patna compared to any other new AIIMS. Neurology specializes in AIIMS Patna provides best neurology services to tier patients.

I have just cleared AIIMS 2019 exam and secured 204 rank in it. I can get admission in both the above mentioned colleges, but I chosen AIIMS Jodhpur even when AIIMS rishikesh was closer to my location then Jodhpur
Only thing in which rishikesh is better is the wonderful location and weather of rishikesh
But when we talk about AIIMS Jodhpur, it has high no. Of patients load, better academics and sports facilities, and a more safe environment. Also you can get coaching for PG easily in Jodhpur
If you also consider closing rank of aiims2018, AIIMS Jodhpur wins. -karan gora.
