Hi Avneet,
As Shiksha is an Education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give personal judgment on any specific Institute. However, BVP University is a decent University, as far as the campuses are concerned, the quality of the campus infrastructure may vary but as it is a University with several Campuses they must be maintaining same standards for faculty, study material, course curriculum etc.
I would like to add here that to have more indepth information I would suggest you to visit their Campuses and try and talk to their current batch students and faculty members, if possible get the

Hi, evening college is not a regular college. it is of 2 types one which give weekend classes like sat. and sunday. and two is who give evening classess like 5-7 daily and thre is also duration of course is increase.
