There are various agencies and banks listed on the website that offer loans to students. The maximum loan that you can avail from 1 agency/bank is 20,00,000. Incase you want a loan above 20L, you need to take a loan from 1 bank/1 agency/2 agencies of 20 L each, however, you would be required to have atleast 2 collateral.
The cost of engineering varies from university to university and location to location. On an average, you can expect the cost to be somewhere in between 50,000-80,000 USD per annum including living expenses. It can be more or less depending on the university and its location.

hi Anish, I don't think there is any harm in attending the fair. You will get a fair idea of where the Universities stand. Most of the B Schools attending the fair are top in the world like AGSM, Duisenberg school of finance, Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Manchester Business School, Melbourne Business School: The University of Melbourne, Monash University are the ones that I have heard of and know of their ranking and reputation.

There are no set pattern to prepare well for the IAS, all that one can advise you here is to try to brush up with your school curriculum (8th - 12th) for your CSAT along with going through the various magazines and journals to update yourself in areas like Current affairs and GK which hold a lot of importance in the UPSC exams. As for the Mains, you would require to study well on 2 optional subjects that you independently chose to qualify your Mains.
