Regarding career choice I would suggest that, you should first of all try to know what are you good at, in which profession you can give your 100% commitment, etc.Once you analyze this then accordingly you can pursue the best course as per your interest and liking.
Secondly I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your graduation, the advantage of this step would be that firstly you will gain relevant work experience, secondly if you manage to score less then 50% in your graduation you can apply for improvement exams, as in order to pursue masters course you need to have atleast 50% in graduation.

There is lot of opportunities for doctors abroad. As a medical professional, you'll need to take up the qualifying exam to get as resident in any foreign country. Different countries consider different qualifying exams. In United States of America the medical professionals need to pass USMLE Licensing exams. In Australia and New Zealand, the professionals have to clear MRCP. In United Kingdom PLAB exam is mandatory.

I would agree with Neelu Kapoor that in order to get into advertising field it is necessary to posses the creative abilities. Advertising field requires a lot of creativity and innovation. In advertising one has to do a lot of research in order to study the demand of the product in the market, then you need to design the advertisement according to the target consumers depending upon the age group, gender etc. Thus making the advertisement field more interesting and challenging. Now coming to the institutes for advertising, I would like to say that there very few good institutes offering a UG course in Mass Comm or Advertising in particular. Some the institutes you can look for are IP college, DCAC, JNU, AMITY etc. Also, what you can do is pursue your Bachelors in any subject you like and can perform well and in in your Masters you can opt for a PG in Advertising.

Yes you may select Agriculture as your optional if you hold a strong grip in the domain and also keen interest and passion towards the subject.
Also would like to state that here are a few criterion that needs to be in mind while selecting optional for IAS:-
*First and the foremost, you must be comfortable in grasping the concepts of the subject.
*Availability of study material is also an important factor in determining the optional subject.
*Candidate should not choose a subject just because it's said to be scoring or his friends are choosing it.
