You are absolutely on the right path of making your career, however as per your profile I would suggest you work for 2-3 years; and instead of pursing part time PGDM course you may consider pursuing:
- Diploma in basic computing.
- Diploma in MS-Office.
- Diploma in advance excel, and related course.
As all this above mentioned course will prove very helpful for you during your MBA tenure abroad and also for your future career prospects.
Please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
