Assuming that you have interest in animation, I would say that managing BCA and animation course together will be strenuous task as both will be different and demand proper time. So, opt for both together ONLY if you feel that you can manage.
Secondly, two regular courses can't be pursued together. You may pursue one course as regular and the other as distance / short term certificate course.
You may go for graduation first and then pursue short term animation course.
In a nutshell, think and decide sensibly before opting for both the courses.
