Canada certainly has more number of top colleges, variety of courses, and the cost of living is a bit more affordable than New Zealand. So education-wise Canada wins.
When it comes to jobs, that depends on your profile and not the country. You will have to make sure that have the qualities to be considered a highly skilled professional. Every job market looks for such candidate and even when the economy is down, deserving candidates usually manage to find a good job.

The answer to your question is Singapore where you have choice of colleges which have a tie up with UK & Australian Universities and offer the MBA from them, so you will get an MBA from a UK or Australian University at a much lower cost. A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a degree course offered by the colleges affiliated to the universities while the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
No if you do PGDM you will not be able to get MBA degree. because PGDM is a diploma
