When it comes to jobs, that depends on your profile and not the country. You will have to make sure that have the qualities to be considered a highly skilled professional. Every job market looks for such candidate and even when the economy is down, deserving candidates usually manage to find a good job.

Fine arts and literature are very different from mass communication and journalism. A career is being made if you are passionate about your subject and have the zeal to work hard for it. So, I would suggest, don't just change your field and get into the same. You will do wonders!

The answer to your question is Singapore where you have choice of colleges which have a tie up with UK & Australian Universities and offer the MBA from them, so you will get an MBA from a UK or Australian University at a much lower cost. Hope you have decided now as to where and what you want to study.
