Congratulations!
All the IITs are better any day than IIIT-H on all parameters. Don't make the mistake of chucking IIT for IIIT-H. Just go through the curriculum and academic regulations of IITs and IIIT H on their respective websites and decide for yourself.

If you are from the commerce side or if you are from the outside then you have no restrictions in getting the admission in a good college. But some colleges have their eligibility criteria like they do not give admissions to the students that do not had mathematics as that subject in their class 12 so to find out which college give admission and which does not. You have to read the brochure carefully and have a look at their website with which you can get the idea about how they give admissions to the students those who does not have mathematics as a subject in class 12.
