With 67% in 12th, the candidate will have to secure around 155-165/200 marks in NATA 2019 exam to get admission in School of Architecture and Planning, Anna University for B.Arch.
Minimum required for taking up architecture is - Passed 10+2 scheme of examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination (those appearing the 10+2 exam with PCM subjects in the current year may also provisionally appear in the exam, however, their result in NATA-2019 will be declared valid subject to fulfilling the above criteria).

Actually the forms for private college are already out (or will be out in few days). However, you need to be very proactive for government College forms like IPU CET DU JAT etc. Their deadline are approaching. Check on the website. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
