Hi, the eligibility for Ph.D. programme full-time is
Post-graduate degree holders of any recognized university with a 2nd class securing at least 55% of marks in the concerned subject or in an allied subject. Their admission is based on the merit in the entrance test GURCET.
Preference will be given to candidates with M.Phil degree wherever applicable followed by candidates with UGC/ CSIR/ NET/GPAT qualification.
Candidates possessing M. Phil. / M.E. / M. Tech. / M.C.A. / M.L. / MPharm /LL.M. /M.D. / M.D.S. /M.S. degree at the time of admission are exempted from appearing for GURCET / Pre-PhD examination.
