You may try for it. There might be chance that you get CSE in LNMIIT, but you can also apply for CCE, which also has good placement record and it also contain more than half of the CSE Syllabus.

One needs to clear JEE Mains only with better than cutoff percentile declared by JoSAA for particular category. After NTA had declared results of JEE Mains, JoSAA also almost immediately declared cutoffs for registration for admission to NIT etc. If you can tell me your category, I can let you know cutoff for it. State Institute Of Engineering and Technology, Nilokheri is not that great college in terms of placements.

No, it will be quite tough for you to take admission there in the computer sciences branch but if you are planning to take your plan b which is other branches then it will be quite easy for you to take admission in other branches. But with 42570 in EWS you won't be getting the computer science branch.
