Every year, the criteria differs based on the general performance in the JEE Mains and the Board Exams by the students, so the official listing will, in most probability, come out just after the Board results do. Last year, the eligibility for application (and Scholarship C) was 80% CBSE and some 140 Mains, though the numbers differ from one Board to another. Best of luck.
