As far as I know MIT college is providing only Masters level and PG Diploma programmes, if it is providing BBA programmes I would suggest to get in touch with the college directly as there is no information provided by them on their site about BBA programmes.

THe most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your career field is your own interests and career aspirations. As you have just cleared your 10th you still have two years before you decide your career field so, right now I would suggest you to concentrate on your study and try and score well.
