Absolutely, select a decent college not by their rank but talk people from there and then select good branch. It will not matter much if are not in top notch college what matters is what you do in next 4 years.
Trust I am from LNMIIT which is not popular but I talked to people there and it sounds good now I am won't regret my decision.

Hi Piyush, for courses related to electronics, you can look in Singapore, Japan. Outside Asia, look into UK and USA.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

wont be getting onthis rank
only probobilty is last counciling when students leave some college due to probles or getting better college in state/other
in end college of north east and few seats in bihar are almost always left
no one join them except locals try the last counciling
attend the first 2 also
