HI Abhishek, in the UK, UG engineering programs are of 3 years in duration. Courses commence in September and one can not apply directly to the Universities(most of them). You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. There is a small intake in Jan, for which you don't have to go through UCAS and you can apply directly. At least 50% in 12 to get into the bottom ranked university or college. Or if you take the foundation route then you will have to study for an extra year and for that the course will commence in Jan and the main course in sep. IELTS minimum of 6.0 is expected. You need to fill the application online and upload the documents also before submitting the application.
Follow the above mentioned process and you can definitely apply for admission abroad. In case getting direct admission is a problem, which should not be, you take up the foundation route. Either you can directly apply to Universities for foundation or they might offer you if your direct application is not successful. The other option is to go through Kaplan international colleges, Navitas, INTO groups that provide foundation as well 1 st year of University.
But do remember that studying for UG in UK can be really expensive, so it may not be a very good idea financially. Hence, you can think of doing Masters abroad.

In order to pursue MS in Auto mobile engineering in US you need to have:
Good academic background throughout preferably 60%.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Universities in US have 2 admission intake Fall (August) and Spring (January) intake, so first of all you need to decide which intake you want admission, and than accordingly start your application process at least 7-8 months prior to the application deadline. It is always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL at least a year in advance of your planned admission intake.
