If you're creative, you can also consider going for Design and Animation. However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this. It does not depend on overall percentage, it depends on PCB group percentage. What is your percentage in PCB only?
And are u a reserve category student? depends on that too.
In any case since ur score is not too high, you yet have very good options for MBBS. Complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of Indian students have already have done
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
