Yes you may surely pursue diploma course along with BBA, however as per your profile, I would suggest you to complete your BBA first and then work for 1-2 years in the field of HR and then pursue MBA in HR which would further enhance your career prospects.

1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
