I am not sure what is it that you really want to know. There is a huge variation in salaries depending on the bank, department and position.
So to say, the highest salary is for the top management to people like CEO, Directors, Presidents and then you can work downward in the hierarchy.
Similarly at entry level in public sector banks, at clerical level the salary can be from 1 - 2 Lakh per annum and 2 - 4 Lakh per annum for probationary officer level.
In private and foreign banks freshers with MBA in Banking or equivalent qualifications can join as management trainees and get starting salaries of Rs 3 - 6 Lakh per annum. At the

Hello,
You can do Interior Designing Diploma course which is of 2/3 years directly after completing your 10th.
You can also complete 12th Arts and then do Interior Designing Diploma course of 2 years.
You can also opt PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) in 12th Science and then do B.Arch(5 years) and further do your Diploma in Interior Designing.
Hope you would chose a better option of these three.

If you want to get into copywriting, then don't waste your time going for a masters degree. No one can teach creative writing. It's best to spend that time learning on the job. On the other hand, if you want to do designing, then you'll need to do a course that teaches you Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc. If you want to show your creativity elsewhere, then tell me.
