ecimt is really a good college with 120 seat of mca it takes 110 seats from uptu and 10 seats as direct admission. .since it takes admission from uptu it is affiliated to GBTU, One of my friend have recently taken admission there. .he said ECIM is Nice institute for MCA. Rest Depends on your Own reserch. .

It will be difficult to mention Best institutes as the definition of BEST would vary forom person to person. However, for admissions in good B.Tech colleges, it is advisable to give entrance exams such as AIEEE, IIT,CET etc.
Some factors that one should keep in mind while selecting any institute are:
Recognition
Faculty
Infrastructure
Industry visits etc.

Thanx @aniket. Manikanta, subject wise only few are different in automobile and mechanical engineering course and yes it is right to say that automobile is the specialized offshoot of mechanical engineering. There is scope in automobile branch but limited to private sector automobile companies but mechanical being core branch has application in government, PSU, defense, private and power sector.
