Dear Akash,
Both have their own unique opportunities. B.Com. with MBA from top b-schools leads you to a better managerial career in short run and if you aspire for a Hardcore technical profile in long run, then B.Com. with CFA is better.
Both may appears to be similar, but they are different in role and possibilities.

Wht i would suggest is that u make sure that this is the field ur daughter definitely want to get in coz interest in the production line and actually working is 2 very different things(the working hours r not fixed n chefs usually work for 16-18 hrs)
Anyways IHM Pusa and IHM Mumbai are the best institutions for hotel management that way if she have a change of heart she will have other options open.
If abroad is a possibility for u i would suggest "The Cullinary Institute Of America" but thats only for the culinarry field, other option would b hotel management school in Switzerland
