Dear Swapnel, if you do a diploma in India & go to US on HIB visa of course you may work but generally it doesn't happen so in US as the companies in America hire or prefer the American degree holders with degree education rather than a Diploma. Also more important is the value of what have you learnt & how have you performed in the same.

Also, you can buy DLPD books of Kota's best IIT classes (like Resonance, Bansal and many more)
If you get DLPD, you will get better rank than reference books. And, don't forget to refer NCERT books also.

Pratishtha38067, there is no particular procedure for applying for IIITA. The admission here is done through JEE MAINS counselling only just like other NITs and IIITs. You just have to fill this up in your preferences and you will get it if you would have secured a suitable rank.
