Yes, you can definitely get admission in B.Arch at Lovely Professional University with your profile.
Your 97% in 12th easily meets the eligibility, and a JEE Paper 2 score of 194 is a very strong score. Since LPU accepts JEE Paper 2 as an alternative to NATA, not appearing for NATA is not an issue.
