Best NITs: NIT, Warangal and NIT, Delhi
Best IIT: IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi and IIT, Kharagpur
Best CFTIS: BIT Mesra and IIEST Shibpur
Best state government aided colleges- DTU, NSIT and ICT, Mumbai
If you don't get a decent rank in JEE Mains then either give a year drop or take admission in private engineering colleges through JEE Mains (counselling in www.csab.nic.in for SFTIS).

Happy to answer to your question. As you are a commerce background student, you can join N number of courses. They are like B.Com, BBA, BBM and CA and CS where these two are professional courses which you can do with correspondence with above courses as well. I hope that you got your answer.

There are so many other options. You can do:
B.Pharma
D.Pharma
B.Sc in zoology, botony, or in any other field.
You can become a physiotherapist. Believe me, it is a one-time investment, along with it you can work on your speaking skills & do some course on digital marketing so that you can expand your business.

With 64% marks, you are not eligible for admission in IIT or NIT. However you are still eligible for admission in other private colleges. Yes, you can achieve your dream of becoming Aeronautical engineer.
