Yes after doing B.sc nursing you can go for MBA in hospital management.
There are various MBA courses you can opt for after BSc such as MBA in Hospitality Management, MBA in Healthcare, MBA in Healthcare Management, MBA in Production Management, MBA in Pharmaceutical Management, MBA in Laboratory Management, MBA in Biotechnology and Oil & Gas Management, etc.

Although it is not very popular because a B.Sc. is a higher degree than a DMLT, it is possible to pursue a DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) after earning a B.Sc. in a similar discipline.
