NATA exam and JEE Mains paper 2 are the top exams in India for architecture. It is enough if you have given NATA exam itself as many good colleges offer admission for B.Arch through NATA. In the case of JEE main paper 2, you can get NITs and GFTIs like BIT-Mesra.
You need to have a good score in NATA exam and a good rank in JEE Mains paper 2.

Chances are minimal. It will depend on the course you are talking about. If you are referring to an engineering programme your performance in a specific entrance exam will determine your seat.

As your percentage is low to get engineering courses, you can prefer B.Sc courses, as they don't require much percentage.
In chemistry and biology, you can do B.Sc chemistry , B.Sc botany ,zoology etc.
If you want to improve your standards, then pursuing M.Sc can be better to after B.Sc courses.
