For B. Design programme:
1) Candidates should have passed in 10+2 qualifying examination from a recognized state or national board of education
2) Candidates passed from public University/ School/ Board examination in India or Foreign countries must be recognized under Association of Indian Universities as per 10+2 pattern of education
3) Candidates must have studied a minimum of five main subjects under National Open School Examination
4) Candidates holding Diploma under 10+3 or 10+4 pattern as recognized by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) or State Board of Technical Education
5) Candidates holding Advanced (A) level/ International Baccalaureate (IB) level General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/ Cambridge/ Sri Lanka)
For B. F. Tech programme:
1) Candidates should have passed in 10+2 qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects from a recognized state or national board of education
2) Candidates passed from public University/ School/ Board examination in India or Foreign countries must be recognized under Association of Indian Universities as per 10+2 pattern of education with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
3) Candidates must have studied a minimum of five main subjects including under National Open School Examination
4) Candidates holding Advanced (A) level/ International Baccalaureate (IB) level GCE Examination (London/ Cambridge/ Sri Lanka)
5) Candidates holding Diploma under 10+3 or 10+4 pattern as recognised by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) or State Board of Technical Education
Age Criteria:
Candidates must not be more than 23 years of age as on October 1, 2017. However, candidates from Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes category as well as Physically Handicapped Persons (PHP) can avail age relaxation of up to five years.
