It is quite tough to get college as your 12th score is 46 and UPSEE accept from 45 so it is close to cutoff so firstly UPSEE give college to those who scored better in 12th if seat left then seat awarded to you.

Hello Mihir,
You can choose to appear for either CET or CMAT to take admission into XIMR. However, the CMAT cut-off will be higher as it's an All-India level exam, and the cut-off will be lower for CET.
