I would say your score will get you an admission in a decent engineering college.
If you look around there are many courses apart from these which have great scope in future.
Try finding out where your forte lies or what you would like doing.

IIT foundation books mainly focus on the IIT related and IIT level concepts. They give you a brief idea of how the concepts and question are existing in IIT entrance exams. They will not have more concepts as they are just foundation books.
You need to learn a lot during class 11th and 12th.
In case of all in one science book, there will be concepts with a good depth and the questions will be of your standards. You can get more conceptual clarity.
But, whatever book it may, your right efforts in learning the concepts and the way of approach to the questions matter a lot.

You should go for economic (Hons) programme but for that, you need to check the eligibility and admission process in different universities because this is a premium programme and every university having own percentage cut-off in the eligibility.
A minimum of 60% in math or economics is required in most of the universities and some good universities required more than that.
