Every university has its own scholarship program. They have specific scholarship schemes for international students. Typically all applicants are considered for scholarship at the time of admission however the financial aid is granted on merit.

I don't really know much about Arya, but you must have heard of MIT, Pune which is a really good college and they offer BBA course at their Shillong campus at University of Technology and Management.
UTM offers BBA in Finance, Marketing, Retail and Hospitality, Travel and Tourism.
The programs are well designed as per Industry needs and hence are worth pursuing.
