Every university has its own scholarship program. They have specific scholarship schemes for international students. Typically all applicants are considered for scholarship at the time of admission however the financial aid is granted on merit.

Some of the good colleges (based on your performance) which you can apply for are Arya, Poornima and SKIT. They all are located in Jaipur.

Yes, you can take admission through management quota.

I don't really know much about Arya, but you must have heard of MIT, Pune which is a really good college and they offer BBA course at their Shillong campus at University of Technology and Management.
UTM offers BBA in Finance, Marketing, Retail and Hospitality, Travel and Tourism.
The programs are well designed as per Industry needs and hence are worth pursuing.

You have to give private entrance exam to get admitted in this college.

Do not join college. First fill improvement form and get at least 75% in boards. Then only you will be able to get job. Then try for JEE Mains or state engineering colleges.

This is not fixed. You have to go to college and get information about it. You can just have a rough idea that it will be around 5 Lacs. Rest it depends on your score.

For Diploma in computer science, I will suggest you take admission in SRM University. You will have multiple job opportunities after completing Diploma from SRM University. The fame of this University may also help you get a job.
