Hi Eldrol, it is not mandatory to write GRE but TOEFL or IELTS is compulsory.
you can look into Ecole Centrale de Nantes, Ecole Nationale Superieure dArts et Metiers - Arts et Metiers Paristech for various specialisation that they offer in the subject.

As rightly stated by Ankit you have to appear for CAT (Common Admission Test) to get admission in any of the IIMs. However, to sit for this Examination you need to have 50% or above percentage in your graduation through a recognized University. u can join any institute of ur choice. but if u r doing BA from DU it is better u join any institute in GTB nagar or near by so that u can do both classes one by one n then come home
