Hi Manjunatha,
First of all I would suggest that if you want to go for an MBA do it through a decent full time Institute as full time programme not only gives you good exposure but also helps you getting best of job opportunities. Secondly, the most important thing which you need to keep in mind while choosing your specialization is your own interests and career aspirations. However, as you are from Engineering background two of the good options for you could be operations or finance. Few of the other popular options are HR, Sales & Marketing, IB, Entreprenuership etc.
