As you are from the Arts stream, definitely there shall be little difficulty as both Finance and Arts are quite different from one another, but then if you are keen to pursue a Masters in Finance like that of a MBA then you can stand eligible however you will require to prove your worth initially itself.
Finance requires a lot of accountancy as a base and if you are able to pull it through at the initial, you will be able to survive further.
