I would prefer you to with full time degree rather than external. Many MNC's are not considering external Degree. If no anu option is there, then you can go to Part time degree course from any reputed University.

In New Zealand, jobs are based on your skills, and not qualification. So qualification from any specific institute can indicate increased chance of getting a job because of better skills imparted by that education provider, but cannot guarantee a job.
The only guarantee of a job in New Zealand is to know your subject, be okay in your chosen field, and be able to convince an employer with your skills.
