Yes, you may pursue B.Com and MBA. To pursue B.Com you must have passed plus two. For B.Com (Hons.) it is mandatory to have Maths in 12th. You may contact the institute officials for specific eligibility details.
2)
As for other options (after BiPC) :
** After plus two in Science (Combination : Biology, Physics and Chemistry) you may take up medicine, dentistry, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology). (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).
** Apart form doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas, such as, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration.
** You can also opt for courses outside the university stream, such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses.
However, other than science stream you may even explore the opportunities commerce and humanities offer.
In a nutshell, there are various courses. You must choose a course which entirely depends on your interest and long term career goal. So, decide sensibly.

CCNA is the starting step towards Networking line for more enhancement u must have to some more Certifications. R u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical after completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
As Cyber Crime is going high Security Specialist is going to be future. For Securing Network u must have thorough knowledge of Network and for securing data u must have thorough knowledge of one Operating System for that U must choose the OS which is running in Industry like Linux, for that u can opt RHCE & RHCSS (Red Hat Certified Security Specialist) will give u ultimate mileage for ur career. Physical Education is not included in the best four for admission into B.COM since it is a vocational subject and can be considered only if you are willing to pursue graduation in the same.
The best four will include one language (English) and three academic subjects relevant to the course applied for.
DU Common Aptitude Test for English is conducted for admission into B.A English H. If you have missed the exam, then you can look for colleges that do not accept this score, i.e. take admissions on merit basis.
