Hi,
The main reason why postgraduate courses are named as PGDM is because when an Institute is an autonomous body (not affiliated to any University) and conducts management courses, then such Institutes cannot offer MBA degree. Even IIMs, XLRI's doesn't offer MBA degrees; they only give PGP Diploma.

Yes, Himashu you can do B.Sc IT without Maths. Many good universities like Lovely Professional University, Amity University, Satyabhama University, etc are there that offer B.Sc IT to students who don't have Maths in class 12.
All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements that they offer. Some of them even offer good scholarships to their students on various parameters. Check with the universities for more details.
