If you are having interest in agronomy, Plant pathology, Plant physiology, Agriculture microbiology, Genetics and plant breeding, Horticulture, Soil Science, Entomology, SEED Science and Technology, Agricultural Extension etc. Then you can go for B.Sc. Hons agriculture. Eligibility criteria for pursuing B.Sc. Agriculture, from a well renowned, reputed nationally or state wise university, in which chances of visit by agricultural companies is more for placements sessions. You must compare whose in which university the rate is higher as compare to the institute which is not that much well reputed and re renowned. Dhanush, for computer oriented job, you can go for BCA or B.Tech CSE.
BCA is a Three Year degree programme that deals with Database Management systems, Software engineering, computer architecture, Web technology, language like C, C++, HTM
B.Tech is a Four Year degree programme that deals with Computer engineering, electronics and communication engineering, software engineering, mechanical engineering, Digital and analogue electronics, programming, computer networks, database management systems, computer systems organisation.
B.Tech is a better option as it is a professional degree/ course where as BCA is not professional but it is a simple degree.
Many reputed private universities are offering these courses so you can check the details of these universities like Poornima, Lovely, Sharda etc. All these are world class universities with wonderful infrastructure and good placements.

As you already know, ISRO doesn't relax it's criteria for recruitment (not even for reserved category aspirants).
But, there could be a workaround.
You should start preparing for GATE asap! Obtain a really good score and get yourself admitted to one of the premiere institutions offering higher education in your field (core specialisations), preferably, IISc or the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) situated in Trivandrum, or IIT Bombay. These institutes always have some ISRO sponsored projects that their professors and students are working on. If you could contribute to such projects, ISRO might consider you for a position. IIT Bombay and IIST have witnessed a lot of student placements in ISRO (don't know about IISc).
Despite the uncertainty looming over getting placed with ISRO, this route is still quite safe as a higher degree from these institutions will open a lot of doors. It will also help you assess your strong areas. Good luck!
