Hi Shantanu,
IIM Ahmedabad does not provide any specialization. It has a general Post Graduate Program in Management, without any specialization.
Also, IIMs don't really offer an MBA degree. They offer a diploma - course usually called PGPM/PGDM.

All three are good colleges in terms of studies, notably faculty of both the college has similar experience and subject knowledge.
You should do join Aurbindo College, if you live in South Delhi, and whereas in North Delhi, you should join Satyawati College.
Some Benefits to get in Satyawati College are:
Satyawati College has biggest Auditorium relate to size of other Colleges Auditoriums.
Satyawati College has best faculty in terms of Arts and Commerce in comparative of Campus colleges even.
We got one of the biggest library in University of Delhi.
Satyawati will be providing Hostel Faculty Soon
