Ayush, there are much better options for studying engineering at places other than Russia. To tell you the truth India is one of the good options if you can get admission in a reputed engineering college. For further education after your B.E./B.tech or for specialization you may take a chance of going abroad. As rightly advised by Ms Kankshi Germany is definitely a good option (for higher studies) in engineering specially if your branch is mechanical or automobile engineering.
