First and very important to get yourself into a reputed engineering college like NIT's you need to qualify the JEE (Join Entrance Exam) with the score of at least 200+ so that you can get admission in top B.Tech courses like CSE. IT, ME, etc. Also the most basic criteria is that you must have A minimum of 65% in Class 12 for SC/ST. After you are eligible according to the cutoff there will be a counselling process conducted by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). But also to remember that JEE main is a very competitive exam. Hope I answered your query well.

No, no university provide MBA if the student has backlog in their graduation in India. As the basic eligibility for getting admission in Mater of Business Administration (MBA) is that the student must have a Bachelor's degree in any field or related field under recognised university. So, the student having backlogs need to first clear your backlog papers and pass in the subjects you failed, then you can get admission in colleges.

My dear candidate, Bachelor of Legislative Law, or Legum Baccalaureus in Latin, is what LL.B. Stands for. After graduating from high school, students can enrol in the LL.B. Programme by passing LL.B. Entrance Exams like the CLAT. To pursue a career as a lawyer or any other goal involving the law, students must complete an LL.B. Programme. Merit-based admissions to LL.B. Programmes are made in addition to taking one of the several LL.B. Entrance tests, such as the CLAT. AILET ISAT, or DUET. IGNOU does not provide LL.B. Programmes, hence it is not feasible to obtain one from them.

There are plenty of courses that are available that you can pursue after 12th. You can go for B.Com BBA BMS etc. BMS is a new and emerging course in the field of commerce and it will give you an edge over other traditional courses. It completely depends on you, but as per my suggestion you should not drop a year for any exam whatsoever. There are plenty of colleges available around the country. I would rather suggest you to fill the forms and attempt all the exams of all state JEEs and also the private college exams. You will definitely get a good score and get a course of your choice. All the best.
