To attempt JEE Advanced first you have to clear JEE Mains. First try to analyse all the concepts from your textbooks in a practical way because as JEE is hard theoretical knowledge is not enough. Among three subjects mathematics is the one that can help you to gain more score so try to solve as many as problems in Mathematics. Next focus on Chemistry mainly Organic Chemistry because it is somewhat easy and has more weightage. Next many will say Physics is the most difficult and you can't answer those questions. Yes that is true but if you try to understand all the concepts very clearly and apply the formulae according to the question you can gain marks. Many will score in Maths and Chemistry but fails to score in Physics but if you score in Physics that will help you to get a seat in top IITs. Along with your textbooks learn concepts from NCERT books too. Apart from learning focus, dedication and self confidence are the three that will help you crack any exam. Hi Abdul, Finance, Marketing & HR are completely different streams. Here are some pros & cons of getting into these fields. MARKETING
Pros
-Handsome salary at the start of your career
-Huge pool of opportunities all across. In fact, most of the companies that visit the campus for placements, come to hire for a marketing profile. -Great scope of learning and different domains to choose from like digital marketing, PR, product development, sales, etc. Cons
-At the early stage, you are more likely to get into sales as it Sets the base. Other options may not pay you well enough. -You need to come up with creative solutions and new ideas as marketing can't be consistent. -There is a portion of your CTC that will be incentive based. So, you need to work extra hard to get that as the targets are not so easy to achieve, especially in sales. FINANCE
Pros
-Great amount of money is offered. If you have an interest in this field you should definitely go for it. -Office/desk job, no need to roam around here and there to achieve your targets. -There aren't many changes that are implied to the finance department unless there is a change in the policy. -Not an option for the one who is not good with numbers
-You have to be very careful with the data as the information is very sensitive to the company/client
-The working hours get extended during peek seasons, especially in tax and auditing firms
HR
Pros
-Very decent and healthy role to person. If you are a people person and like to build connections then HR is an ideal field to choose. -An HR manager is aware of everything that is going on inside and outside the company because of networking. Cons
-Very few opportunities, especially at campus placement. -Initially, the pay is not so good. By the time you get increments and promotions, you have to be consistent in the field. -Not really a challenging role to pay, can be learned easily. All the best:). .

You can do M.Tech in Communication Engineering in IITs and NITs but for this first you are required to clear GATE examination and should be in the merit list or you can do your Masters in Some private universities by clearing their entrance tests like VITMEE for VIT college and so on. Or you can do in some private colleges by clearing respective state CETs like Andhra Pradesh PGECET for Andhra Pradesh or TGPGECET for Telangana. As per my knowledge Sastra University Thanjavur in Tamil Nadu is best for any Masters degree. For this they schedule a counselling and provide seat based on your previous degree percentage or based on your GATE performance.
