Since, The Western College is more reputable and well-known for its notable placements and internships, it is a marginally better choice than NCRD Sterling. Even though the classrooms at Western College are fairly nice and well-kept, the cost is relatively modest. The B.Com course facilities of Western College are superior to NCRD Sterling's.

Failure doesn't mean that you can't succeed in future. We learn from our failures. It's better to forget what happened and move ahead. B.Com is not that difficult that you can't clear it in next attempt. I agree that accounts can be difficult for some students but it's not impossible to crack the exam. Prepare well and give retest. If that's not an option then start preparing from today to give the exam next year and do some skill development course side by side. Sometimes we don't get to know about our potential and we focus on other things. So do what makes you happy but do hardwork and prepare well for reappearing in accounts.

I would, like many wise people say, practice reactions, but being a student myself, I know most of us don't spend time looking at reactions, let alone practising them:) In that case, I recommend understanding at least general organic Chemistry including topics like isomerism, stereoisomerism, electron affinity, arrow pushing, hybridisation and, in some problems, MOT. Looking at the reactant, you can eliminate which reactions it couldn't undergo. Looking at other reactants, you may eliminate them further.
