BCA from IGNOU is not useless you can appear in entrance test for MCA and can complete your MCA as regular course or can appear in CAT/MAT for MBA this will make your profile better

So, you can enroll in any university for further studies after completing your course from IGNOU. Are you XII passout! Bare minimum qualification desired for you to become eligible for Btech is 12th with min.60% agreegate in general and 55% in other catagories. You have to apply through IIT JEE. Check out the website http://jee.iitd.ac.in/eligibility.htm for all the further information

There are many institutes in India which are offering Civil Engineering at the Under Graduate level in Andhra Pradesh.
