U can certainly pursue but some college want candidates which have science or math background along with computers.
Even if u get admission in MCA .being a commerce student u might face some problem in understanding technical topics in MCA.
So think upon your decision before taking any action.

Well, to pursue any kind of Masters would require you to be a graduate degree holder and instead you have a diploma, yet it will depend on the kind of course that you would like to pursue and also on the basis of the eligibility criteria.
